Faulty Item Returns
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it. This means any sealed products must be in the original packaging, sealed, undamaged and unused. Items must be returned in the same condition they were received (this will be based on the stated condition of the item page).
To start a return please email us at info@kennysbuyselltrade.co.uk If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. You will be responsible for any return costs and making sure the items are returned to us in the same condition they were received. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return, or any items that have signs of tampering such as reseals or any damage to the items will result in the item not being accepted. All returns must be accompanied with a valid proof of purchase.

Unwanted Item Returns
We offer a 48-hour returns policy for unwanted items, the Customer is entitled to return an unwanted item within 48 hours of sale for a full refund to a E-voucher which can be spent on the website. Refund will be subject to testing and if the item is returned in the same condition as sold. In order to prevent abuse, We reserve the right to limit the number of exchanges from a specific customer.

Consoles & Games
All consoles and games are tested before posting and will be in working order. With any pre-owned equipment especially electronic items these can be a little temperamental with age. Every effort is made to ensure a smooth transaction. On the rare occasion there is an issue please get in touch on info@kennysbuyselltrade.co.uk.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. We are always happy to help and amend mistakes. We accept no liability for any supplementary costs incurred by you caused by a delayed, lost or misrouted orders. However we will endeavour to where possible rectify/replace any items purchased from kennysbuyselltrade.co.uk in a timely manner.

Product Warranty
Kenny's Buy Sell Trade Limited offer a 30 day warranty on all items with certain exceptions as detailed below
Exceptions to the Warranty – This warranty does not cover the following-
Physical damage
Liquid damage
Warranty seal broken / damaged
Any damage caused by rooting/ jailbreaking a device
Removable covers such as battery covers, port/interface covers and lens caps
Any items with single use codes e.g. software, game activation codes or subscription codes
Removable consumable parts – Consumable parts that degenerate over time but are not fixed e.g. batteries, bulbs
Non removable consumable parts – sealed batteries will be covered for the full duration of the warranty.
Kenny's Buy Sell Trade Limited bears no responsibility for your loss of data, please ensure that all data is removed from the device before booking in for warranty or returning the device.
If the product sold by Kenny's Buy Sell Trade Limited is found to be faulty or develops a fault within the first 30 days of sale we will:
1. Replace for like
2. Repair fault
if the above are not possible Kenny's Buy Sell Trade Limited will refund to the original value and via the same payment method or store credit.
All products sent to Kenny's Buy Sell Trade Limited for refund or return under warranty are made pursuant to a shipment contract. Prior to us receiving such products the risk of loss and title for such products remains with the Customer.
This warranty does not cover physical damage, damage or failures which result from accident, misuse, abuse, neglect, mishandling, misapplication, faulty installation, improper maintenance, and improper voltage supply, interference from or with other electronic devices, alteration, improper modification, firmware flashing, bios flashing or service by anyone other than Kenny's Buy Sell Trade Limited.

Box contents may vary; additional downloadable content listed on the box may not be included. Kenny's Buy Sell Trade Limited cannot confirm the price of a product until your order is accepted in accordance with our policies.

Complete – Manual is present, any extra artwork, inlays or inserts may not be included
No Manual – Manual not included
Disk Only - Disk only present (No game case, manual or art work included)
Cart Only - Cartridge only present (No box, manual or artwork included)

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
Buying from Kenny's Buy Sell Trade Limited
You hereby acknowledge your sole responsibility to ensure that you have the relevant compatible accessories, suitable power step-downs, equipment, software, display devices and relevant machinery or otherwise needed to safely connect the products to power supplies, mains power, batteries and other devices.
For the purposes of maintaining appropriate demand and supply and ensure ‘natural’ price fluctuations and stock availability for the benefit of all our customers, Kenny's reserves the right to limit the number of units of any particular item, sold to any individual customer, at any time.

Selling to Kenny's Buy Sell Trade Limited
We reserve the right to refuse to purchase any Product at our sole discretion.
We reserve the right to limit the number of purchases at our sole discretion.
Once you sell your products to us, the ownership will be transferred to Kenny's Buy Sell Trade Limited. You also warrant that you are the rightful and legitimate owner of the product or have been authorised to sell the product and that the product is free from any encumbrances or third party claims. In case the products are later found out to be stolen, or encumbered and/or fake, we reserve the right to pursue legal remedy (both civil and criminal) against you.
Kenny's Buy Sell Trade Limited can pay for the items it bought in cash/bank transfer or vouchers, as per your choice. The price offered in cash varies from the price offered in voucher or exchange. Vouchers once issued, cannot be transferred by us to any other person and they hold no cash value. The person who holds the voucher will be considered to be the rightful owner of the voucher.
Obligation to wipe data: It is the sole responsibility of the Customer to ensure that any device sold to Kenny's Buy Sell Trade Limited is clear of any personal information. The Customer would use all reasonable measures to wipe/erase the data on the device or any additional storage device included in that device.
If a purchase exceeds the redeemers voucher balance, the remaining amount must be paid by an additional voucher, cash or any other payment method being accepted by Kenny's Buy Sell Trade Limited at that point in time.
