PS5: Destroy All Humans 2 Reprobed
Crypto is back and this time he's brought a friend! Rebuilt from the ground up in Unreal 4 for the the modern generation, Destroy All Humans! 2: Reprobed brings all the manic action of the original game right into your living room. Destroy All Humans! 2 allows two homicidal Furons to cry havoc and let slip the anal probes of war. As in the first game, world domination is your goal. However, this time Crypto's mother ship has been destroyed by the KGB and Orthopox has been killed. That hasn't stopped him from berating Crypto, though. The tricky Furon leader has managed to upload himself into a portable holographic projector from where he can direct the missions that are required to conquer the Earth. The game plays much the same as the first one, with some important additions such as the multi-Furon, co-op mode that enables two players to tackle ground-based missions together. Also, you no longer have to return to the mother ship in order to progress to your next mission - just as well, since it's in a million pieces, spread over the whole planet. In Destroy All Humans! 2, the players roam free both before and after missions and only have to locate the start of the next mission in order to progress through the main story. Players can be distracted by numerous side quests such as opening up new landing sites for the saucer, enhancing psychic abilities by abducting humans and mixing their genes or just laying waste to various parts of the landscape for the utter joy of it. In this game, the Furon war machine must march further than the shores of the USA in the quest for control, the UK and Japan must be visited as well as the USSR. Also in this game, Crypto will pick up a few allies from the human populace in the fight against a greater threat. Destroy All Humans! 2 carries on the traditions of destruction and brain extraction that the first game started and as such provides the same mix of fun gameplay and sarcastic humour that was so well received last time. Tremble, puny humans! Tremble before the might of the Furon empire!
