This deluxe hand-painted PVC figure stands 8" tall on a 5" wide base and captures Cooper in his classic Vault-Tec promotional attire, giving the iconic thumbs-up with a grin and a glint of old-world charm. A must-have for collectors and Fallout fans alike.
