Jack Black stars in this comedy written and directed by Michel Gondry. Junkyard worker Jerry (Black) believes that the power plant directly opposite is threatening his health. Taking matters into his own hands, he opts for a pre-emptive strike, but in the process he manages to magnetise his brain. Upon arriving at the video store where his friend Mike (Mos Def) works, Jerry's electro-brain erases all of the tapes in the store. Desperate to keep the business afloat, Mike and Jerry decide to remake every film in the store. However, their scheme is soon scuppered when legal action threatens the future of the store...
